Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt and Palestine. Available options for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with your tracking link once it ships.
Shipping options & rates
- Standard Delivery — 7–15 business days — $4.99
- Express Delivery — 5–8 business days — $9.99
Delivery times are estimates that start once your order has shipped and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking details usually appear 2–5 business days after your order ships. You can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping email or on our Track Order page.
Customs, duties & taxes
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Any such charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address & phone number
Please double-check your shipping address and include a phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email support.neronastore@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
